Wassail (Makes 4 - 5 quarts) Mike Forsythe has made this almost every Christmas!
	Ingredients Put the following spices in cheesecloth bag: 2 dashes ground ginger 15 cloves 2 dashes allspice 5 cinnamon sticks ¼ cup sugar (optional) 2 quarts cider 1 ½ cup orange juice How To Cook 1. Boil spices in 1 ½ cups of water for 10 minutes. 2. Cool for 1 hour and take out spices. 3. Add and heat cider and orange juice.
