Spinach Salad

Ingredients:
10-16 oz spinach

For Dressing:
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons of oil of canola or olive oil
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger (or minced fresh—more)
¼ teaspoon of sugar
1 large clove mashed garlic

About 1 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
( I put in a dry and hot metal pan, and shake until done)

Garnishes: sliced mushrooms, diced hard-boiled eggs, alfalfa sprouts
