Ingredients Combine: 1 Cup flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking powder Add 2 beaten eggs 1 Cup milk ¼ pound of melted butter 1 package of frozen chopped spinach ½ cup of chopped onion 1 pound of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded How to Cook: 1. Combine the first three ingredients. Add the eggs, milk and melted butter. 2. Thaw and drain the spinach. 3. Combine the spinach,, onion, cheese and add to the batter 5. Cut into squares and serve on platter hot or cold. |
