Spare Rib & Sauce

Ingredients
1 stick of butter
¾ cup of ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoons mustard - Dijon style
2 teaspoons steak sauce (omitted in Mike's)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco

How To Cook
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Prepare the sauce by melting butter.
3. Add ketchup then stir in the brown sugar, lemon juice, mustard, steak, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.
4. Sprinkle ribs lightly with salt and put on rack in roasting pan.
5. Spread on some sauce.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes for 1 ¼ hours spreading sauce every 15 minutes.
