Peter's Roast Chicken

Ingredients
2 roasting chickens - around 4 pounds each
¼ pound butter
salt
pepper
½ cup orange juice
2 large peeled onions
2 small peeled oranges

How To Cook
1. Preheat oven to 440 degrees.
2. Place two large roasting chickens side by side in baking pan.
3. Pour orange juice over each.
4. Apply butter, salt, pepper to each.
5. Place onion and orange in cavity of each. Broil at highest heat for 10 minutes, or until chickens are golden brown on top.
6. Bake in preheated oven for about 45 minutes - 1 hour.
