Rhubarb Custard Pie
Joyce Forsythe's mom's favorite dessert. Easy to make and always a great hit with company.

Ingredients
3 eggs, beaten
1 ¾ cup sugar
4 tablespoon flour
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups rhubarb, chop in small pieces
2 tablespoon butter

How To Cook
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
2. Beat the eggs and add all the ingredients.
3. Pour into unbaked crust. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
5. Turn the oven down to 350 degrees, and bake for half an hour.
