Pineapple / Coconut Cake

How to Cook:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Stir together:
      20 oz. can crushed pineapple with the juice
      2 (two) eggs (beat the eggs some, but don't beat the pineapple)
3. Sift together:
      2 cups of flour
      2 cups of sugar
      2 teaspoons of baking soda
4. Mix all the above together but don't beat.
5. Stir in 1 cup of chopped walnuts and 1/2 cup of coconut.
6. Spread in a 9" x 13" pan. This makes a big cake. It doesn't rise a lot.
7. Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

For Frosting:
Beat together:
      1 package of cream cheese
      1 cup of powdered sugar
      1 stick of butter
      1 teaspoon vanilla
