Pineapple Nut Bread

Ingredients
1 ¾ cup sifted flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
¼ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
¾ cup coarsely chopped walnuts
¾ cup brown sugar, firmly packed
3 tablespoons soft butter
2 eggs
1 cup crushed pineapple (don't drain)topping: 2 tablespoons sugar, ½ teaspoon cinnamon

How To Cook
1. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, and add nuts to dry ingredients.
2. Cream the brown sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy.
3. Stir in half the flour and nut mixture and then add the pineapple.
4. Blend in the remaining flour and nut mixture.
5. Pour into greased loaf pan.
6. Sprinkle on the topping.
7. Bake 350 degrees 50-60 minutes.
