No-Cook Mousse

Ingredients
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate
½ cup Vandemint or Coffee Liqueur (or other liqueur)
¼ pound soft butter or margarine
4 eggs separated
2 tablespoons confectioners sugar

How To Cook
1. In blender or processor mix the semi-sweet chocolate, softened 1/2 cup Vandermint or Coffee Liqueur (or other liqueur)
2. Add the soft butter or margarine cut in pieces and 4 egg yolks beaten.
3. Separately beat 4 egg whites with the confectioners sugar until stiff.
4. Fold into chocolate mixture.
5. Pour into dish.
6. Refrigerate.
