Mushroom Quiche

Ingredients
1 9 inch pie shell (frozen - bake at 325-350 degrees for 40-45 minutes)
4 eggs beaten
½ pound fresh mushrooms - sliced
¼ cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoons of butter
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 cup half and half
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

How To Cook
1. Brush inside of pie shell with small amount of beaten egg.
2. Prick bottom and sides with fork.
3. If using pie plate - bake at 450 for 5 min. (if metal pan bake at 425) Set aside.
4. Preheat oven to 375 (350 if metal pan).
5. In a large skillet over medium heat sauté mushrooms and onions (6-8 minutes.)
6. Stir Swiss cheese in with the mushrooms.
7. Put into pie shell.
8. To beaten eggs add all remaining ingredients - Beat until well blended.
9. Pour over mushroom mix.
10. Bake 35-40 minutes (until knife comes out clean.)
11.Let stand 5 min before serving.
