Lemon Cream Cheese Pie

Ingredients
1 (8 ounces) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
1 can (15 ounces) Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How To Cook
1. In Cuisinart with metal blade, whip the cream cheese.
2. Gradually add Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk.
3. Stir until well mixed (scrape sides & bottom with spatula).
4. Add the lemon juice and vanilla extract and blend in (scraping sides and bottom):
5. Turn into prepared graham cracker crust.
6. Chill 2-3 hours (do not freeze)
7. At serving time, can garnish with chopped fruit!
