Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients
1 8 oz. package Lasagna noodles
1 pound ground beef
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 #2 can tomatoes
¼ cup chopped onions
1 ½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 ½ teaspoon oregano
½ lb. thinly sliced Mozzarella cheese
1 cup Ricotta or cottage cheese
1.2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

How To Cook
1. Cook noodles for 20-25 minutes in boiling salted water. 2. Drain. 3. Brown ground beef, garlic, and onions in olive oil. 4. Stir in tomato paste, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. 5. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until slightly thickened. 6. Fill a 3 quart casserole, preferably rectangular one by alternating layers of the following:
Noodles
Mozzarella cheese
Cottage Cheese
Meat mixture
Parmesan cheese

7. End with Parmesan cheese.
8. Bake in 375° oven 20-25 minutes.
9. Makes about 6 servings - good to freeze.
