Forsythe Brunch Puff
Serves 6 - 8

Ingredients
10 slices French (or challah) bread
1 ½ pounds sharp cheddar cheese
8 eggs, beaten
3 cups heavy cream
1 teaspoon dry mustard
cayenne pepper
½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons brown sugar
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon nutmeg

How To Cook
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Butter and cube bread. Put ½ of bread in a buttered 13 x 9 inch dish. Sprinkle half of cheese over the bread layer. Repeat with other half of bread and cheese and form more layers.
3. Combine the rest of ingredients and pour over bread.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour.
