Creamy Spinach Dip - (Recipe from Betty C.)
(Serves 6)


Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz) creamed cheese, softened
1 can (10 ¾ oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 packages (10 oz each) frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and water squeezed out
1 can French fried onions
2/3 Cup crushed saltines (about 15)
¼ Cup melted butter

How to Cook:
1. Beat creamed cheese until smooth.
2. Stir in spinach and onions.
3. Put in greased baking dish.

Topping:
4. Combine melted butter and cracker crumbs.
5. Bake, uncovered for 30 minutes at 325 degrees or until heated through.
