Ingredients Large head iceberg lettuce 1 bunch cilantro 2 bunches scallions ¼ - ½ pickled ginger (Chinese Market) 1/3 cup Hoisin sauce 1/3 cup rice vinegar ½ - 1 teaspoon hot chili oil fried chicken strips How To Cook 1. Chop lettuce into shreds. 2. Pull cilantro leaves from stems and chop. 3. Slice white parts of scallions. 4. Shred ginger fine. 5. Mix lettuce, cilantro, scallions, ginger in salad bowl. 6. Mix Hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and hot chili oil. 7. Toss with salad. 8. Chop chicken strips into small pieces and distribute over salad. |
