Chili Rellenos

Ingredients
Long green chilies or Ortega chilies
2 - 3 eggs separated
Jack Cheese
Flour
Sauce
Green Onions Whole tomato Garlic Salt Water

How To Cook
1. Stick fork in and hold over gas flame, skin them.
2. Beat egg whites stiff, add egg yolk and fold in.
3. Slit chili, stuff with jack cheese and roll in flour.
4. Have oil in skillet HOT. 5. Either dip chilies in egg and fry or put dab of egg mixture in skillet, put chili on and cover with more egg and fry. (This doesn't look as good but it is much easier.)
6. Keep warm in oven till served.
