Chicken Marsala

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, pounded ¼ inch thick
Coat with ¼ cup four, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon dried oregano
4 Tablespoons of butter and 4 Tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/4 cup cooking sherry

How To Cook
1. Fry in 4 Tablespoons of butter and 4 Tablespoons of olive oil
2. Take out the chicken and fry in the same pan 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
3. When mushrooms are browned, pour into the frying pan ½ Cup Marsala wine and ¼ cup cooking sherry and add the chicken back in
4. Cook long enough to reduce the liquid. You may want to add a little flour and make a thicker sauce so meat is more moist.
5. Serve with pasta noodles of some kind.
