Carrot Salad
A recipe from Kay Forsythe's college roommate!

Ingredients
6 cups sliced carrots1 red onion, sliced into thin rings
1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips1 can tomato soup
½ cup sugar
1 cup salad oil
1 teaspoon dry mustard
¾ cup vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
pepper to taste

How To Cook
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and drop from teaspoon onto baking sheet.
3. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Watch closely or they'll burn. Let cool just a bit for easy removal.
