Ann Heller's Cheese Fondue
This recipe is a must for a brunch! Ann Heller was the one who introduced it to Peter and Joyce Forsythe's family. Ann was Jessie's partner at the art gallery.

Ingredients
1 teaspoon melted butter
1 teaspoon mustard
pepper and paprika
4 eggs, beaten slightly
1 teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups milk
½ pound of diced Colby or mild cheddar cheese. Can be sharp cheddar as well.
4 slices fried bacon broken up

How To Cook
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix up the melted butter, mustard, pepper and paprika on 4 slices of white bread. Then, cut the break into 1" squares.
3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together and pour into a greased casserole. You can make this a day ahead, but don't bake until just before eating it.
4. Bake in the preheated oven 45 minutes. The bacon isn't necessary.
